Here’s how it all went down: Kevin Lee of Monster Cable and Jonas Bevacqua of LRG meet in Miami through their mutual friend DJ Irie and exchange information. Months later, calls are made, emails sent and a meeting is set with a thought in mind- let’s create something together. Something functional yet fresh, an accessory that will turn heads.

The iPhone had just been announced and everyone was drooling over it. It was already sleek, but when the guys at LRG took to the drawing board for the case they realized there wasn’t a single barrier. Most cases would be simple, probably rubber and focus completely on the functional side, leaving nothing for fashion.

LRG took the case to a new level, taking into consideration the way you’ll carry it, the clothes you’ll style it with, the way it will shine in the day and evening. We looked at it from the way the iPhone will fit in it, the openings needed for the mic and headphones, the need to keep your screen clean without wiping it on your clothes all the time.
