Any plans to have an internal website where we can see all the products that we make?
There has been many times where we are looking for a product and we are unable to find it because it's exclusive or has been discontinued.
This would be a very useful tool for Customer Tech Support, Dealer Support and for anyone in the company just wanting to check out what we make with out having any restrictions.
Anyone agree?
I like the idea of a comprehensive list of products, past and present - especially if it includes product pics, descriptions, and more.
When you say "internal website", are you suggesting a private area or would community members have access to this product repository? It might be useful, for example, for past customers to get their hands on old product manuals by tracking down their product in this site.
Can a man have too many gadgets?
As someone who is not a Monster employee, I agree that it would be useful to have a complete database of products, past and present, available to the general public. Give me an easy place to get those old manuals, spec sheets, etc.
