I'm shopping around and checking all the technical data on these surge suppressors that Monster makes.  All I see online so far is NO TECHNICAL data on these things.

Could someone please tell me the EMI/RFI Noise Filter capability of all this stage "x " versions?

 I called tech support and they told me stage 2 and higher was 130dB filtering.... is that UP TO 130dB filtering,  down to what?
